Wind-lifted shingles, missing ridge caps, punctures from flying debris. Tarped the same day, repaired that week.
Full reroof, architectural shingle
Tear-off to the deck. Deck re-nailed to windstorm code. Synthetic underlayment. Stainless or hot-dip galvanized fasteners only.
Standing seam metal roofing
24 gauge Galvalume with concealed fasteners, rated for coastal wind zones.
Leak tracing and repair
We find where the water actually gets in, which is rarely where the stain is.

Danny came out the morning after the storm, in the rain, and had a tarp on before lunch. Two other roofers never even called me back. The new roof passed windstorm on the first inspection and TWIA renewed us with no questions. I tell everybody in Holiday Beach to call Tall Heron.
We had a leak over the kitchen that two companies 'fixed' already. Danny spent an hour in my attic with a flashlight and found it coming in around a plumbing vent ten feet from the stain. Charged me $340. It has not leaked since and we have had some real gully washers.
Metal roof on our place in Fulton. The crew showed up at 7 every day, picked up every nail with a magnet, and even moved my potted plants back where they found them. Fair price and they finished a day early.
What I appreciated is he told me I did NOT need a new roof. Replaced about two squares and the ridge cap and said I have another eight or ten years. Honest man. He'll get the whole job when it's time.
